Wine Storage

All wines are stored in controlled facilities (both In Bond and Duty Paid). Our In-Bond storage is managed by Vinotheque Ltd. in Burton-on-Trent at an HM Customs & Excise approved facility.

Customers have individually named accounts set up at HWL (Hestia Wines Ltd), and customers are able to receive statements of wines they have stored, what the wine is now worth, and when we recommend the wine should be drunk.  Each case of wine has a unique code to allow for ease of tracking and management.

Our Duty Paid storage is in a secure location in Norfolk in carefully maintained cellars where conditions are perfect.  Please note, customers reserves are stored in an entirely different location to that of the stock of HWL.
